I’m Ian Anderson — a coach who helps people get stronger, feel better, and build momentum with training that fits into their lives.

Originally from Newcastle in the North-East of England, I started out in football and sports-specific training before moving into the fitness space in 2015. Since then, I’ve worked with a wide range of people to build strength and instill healthy habits that last.

As a dad of two, I value exercise and a healthy lifestyle as part of how I show up for my family — and I bring that same mindset into my coaching. Whether you’re training in-person or online, I’ll help you build consistency, stay focused, and give you the support you need to make sure it’s a success.

Work with me directly in a state of the art fitness studio. Ideal if you want direct support, proper technique guidance, and a clear structure every session. A comprehensive training plan that is proven to work - delivered through a simple online platform - &  built around your goals, individual circumstances & available training facility. You’ll get regular check-ins, clear instructions, and ongoing support - to ensure you never get stuck. Ideal if you need flexibility but still want structure, accountability, and expert guidance.
